　　上至99岁的老人，下至9岁的小朋友可能都脱口而出

　　NO~NO~NO~

　　但是经常看到美剧英剧里，好像还有许多其他的表达让人眼花缭乱?

　　今天AEIS考试在线就来梳理一下AEIS英语考试中各种情境下的不同SAY NO方法!

　　轻松说不

　　1Nope 不是

　　-Have you seen my stapler?

　　-你看到我的订书机了吗?

　　-Nope.

　　-并没有。

　　2Nah 不

　　-Do you want to go to the shops today?

　　-你今天想去商店吗?

　　-Nah.

　　-不想去。

　　委婉说不

　　3Not really 不是真的想

　　-Did you like my friend Sarah?

　　-你喜欢我的朋友莎拉吗?

　　-Erm… not really.

　　-额....不是真的喜欢。

　　同时，以下两种表达也可替换：

　　Not particularly 不是特别想

　　Not especially 不是很想

　　4Not quite 不完全

　　-I’ve finished this piece of work. Is it good enough to give to the client?

　　-这件工作我已经完成了。已经足够好可以给客户了吗?

　　-Not quite, but if we make a few small changes we can send it over.

　　-没完全好，但是如果我们做一些小的改动后，我们可以把它送过去。

　　强烈说不

　　5Certainly not 当然不行

　　-Can I use your phone to call my mum?

　　-我可以用你的电话给我妈妈打电话吗?

　　-Certainly not. She’s in India, it’ll cost a fortune!

　　-当然不行。她在印度，那要花很多话费!

　　6Not in a million years 想都别想

　　-Will you be going to the party later?

　　-你一会儿会去参加聚会吗?

　　-Not in a million years!

　　-想都别想!

　　7Fat chance 没门儿

　　-Will you go on a date with me?

　　-你愿意和我约会吗?

　　-Fat chance

　　-没门儿。

　　除此之外，还有其他强烈语气说“不”的表达：

　　It's out of the question 不可能

　　Under no circumstances 无论如何绝不

　　Not on your life 绝对不行

　　Not on your nell 不行

　　礼貌说不

　　8No thanks. 不用了，谢谢。

　　-Would you like a tea or coffee?

　　-你要茶还是咖啡?

　　-No thanks.

　　-不，谢谢啦。

　　9I'm fine, thank you. 很好，谢谢。

　　-Would you like a tea or coffee?

　　-你要茶还是咖啡?

　　-I'm fine, thank you.

　　-我很好，谢谢啦。

　　10I’d rather not, thanks. 我宁可不，谢谢。

　　-Do you want to go to London with me at the weekend?

　　-周末你想和我一起去伦敦吗?

　　-I’d rather not, thanks.

　　-我不想，谢谢。

　　11I’m afraid I can’t (do something). 恐怕我做不到。

　　-Could you help me move this bookshelf quickly?

　　-你能帮我把这个书架快点搬走吗?

　　-I’m afraid I can't, I’m late for work / my train / my class

　　-我恐怕不能，我上班/火车/上课迟到了。

　　当然还有其他的礼貌性表达：

　　I appreciate you thinking of me, but no thank you.

　　我很感激你想起我，但不，谢谢你。

　　Not for me, thanks.

　　不适合我，谢谢。
